We are pleased to announce the final approval of the settlement of this class action lawsuit. The case involved alleged pay-for-delay antitrust violations by various defendants. Miller Law, as court-appointed co-lead class counsel, represented a class of end-payor plaintiffs who alleged defendants unlawfully delayed the availability of less-expensive generic versions of Zetia and caused class members to pay inflated prices for branded and generic Zetia (Ezetimibe). The court-approved settlement provides for the payment of $70,000,000.00 to the certified class. A copy of the order entering final approval of the settlement is available here.
