Miller Law is pleased to announce that the District Court presiding over this matter has preliminarily approved the class action settlement between the end-payor plaintiff class and defendant Indivior f/k/a Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals.   Under the terms of the settlement, and among other things, Indivior has agreed to pay the class $30,000,000.00.  A copy of the preliminary approval order can be found here.
