We are pleased to announce the settlement of this class action lawsuit.  The case involved alleged pay-for-delay antitrust violations by various defendants.  The Brand Defendants have agreed to contribute $54,400,000.00 to the settlement fund, and the Generic Defendants have agreed to contribute $2,038,000.00.  The settlement encompasses all class members.  A final approval hearing is scheduled for March 23, 2023.  Additional information, including the terms of the settlement and other court documents, can be found here.
