Miller Law attorneys are pleased to announce that they, along with co-lead class counsel, have reached a settlement of this class action lawsuit with the defendants on behalf of the plaintiff class.   This lawsuit is about the price of liquid aluminum sulfate and whether its manufacturers conspired to fix, stabilize, or maintain its price and allocate customers for the product.  The Court has preliminarily approved the proposed settlement, which provides for an all case settlement payment of $33,250,000.00.  The full text of the proposed settlement agreement, along with additional information about this case, is available here.
